The Basics

The Dodge Challenger comes in seven different trims. And, depending on why you're looking to own a Dodge Challenger, the trim level matters. Because it determines what kind of engine will be powering your American muscle car in Jacksonville.

The 3.6L Pentastar® V6

This engine powers the SXT and GT trim levels. This setup produces 303 horsepower and 268 lb.-ft. of torque. And while it doesn't have the meaty V8, it's still quick enough to have some fun. And balances things out with an EPA-estimated 19/26 MPG city/highway. All-wheel drive is only available in the SXT and GT. The GT features R/T exterior styling, a performance hood, and an SRT® front splitter.

The 5.7L HEMI® V8

This engine powers the R/T trim level. This hungry V8 engine delivers 375 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft. of torque with a 6-speed manual transmission. An optional 8-speed automatic transmission is available.

The 6.4L HEMI® V8

This engine powers the Scat Pack and Scat Pack Wide Body. It unleashes a heart-throbbing 485 horsepower with 475 lb.-ft. of torque. This 392 HEMI® can be had with a manual or automatic transmission. The Scat Pack Bee spoiler, black brake calipers, and 20-inch low gloss granite crystal wheels are standard.

The 6.2L HEMI® V8

This engine powers the Hellcat and Hellcat Wide Body trims. This SRT engine delivers 717 horsepower with 656 lb.-ft. of torque. The Hellcat is not for the faint of heart and delivers optimal performance on the track in St. Augustine Beach.

The Supercharged 6.2L HEMI® V8

This engine powers the Super Stock and Hellcat Redeye models. On the Redeye, it produces 797 horsepower and 707 lb.-ft. of torque, while the Super Stock and SRT Jailbreak delivers the same torque with 807 horsepower.
